Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Event → Task Chrome extension (“the extension”), provided by VOURTSIS PAN SINGLE MEMBER P.C. (“we”; details below). By installing or buying it, you agree to them.

What you get

The extension is free to try for 5 conversions. After that, a one-time payment of $4.99 (plus any VAT or sales tax shown at checkout) unlocks unlimited conversions for your personal use. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Payment

Checkout is handled by ExtensionPay and Stripe. Your purchase is tied to the email you pay with; you can restore it on another computer from the extension's settings (I already paid).

Refunds

If the extension doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Your Google data

The extension acts on your Google Calendar and Google Tasks only when you choose one of its actions, as described in the privacy policy. Convert actions delete the original event or task after creating the new one; please use Copy if you want to keep it.

Availability and changes

The extension relies on Google Calendar and Google's APIs, which Google may change. We'll try to keep it working, but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update the extension and these terms; material changes will be posted here.

No warranty and liability

The extension is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect damages or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country.
